EQUIPMENT ROLE

Connect the primary machine to the case-packing process

End-of-line automation coordinates two material flows. Cases are erected while products are arranged for loading, followed by flap folding, sealing and discharge. Equipment speed and conveyor direction must be planned as one system.

Case erection: Open the blank, fold the bottom and prepare an empty case for loading.
Product loading: Arrange and load products according to the specified case pattern.
Folding and sealing: Fold flaps, seal the case and transfer it to downstream logistics.
